Paranormal Orbs of Light

What is an orb of light ? It usually a small round ball of light or energy. You can physically see them with your eyes or in video's or pictures. Some people believe they are your loved ones or spirits trying to manifest themselves. They are explained as a floating ball of light . On Easter morning I was awakened by a bright light in the shape and size of a baseball coming out of my hutch and shot down the wall and disappeared. My heart was pitter patting but I felt relatively calm and in awe of what I just saw. I tried to debunk it but could not. Left wondering who or what was that.
