Out of Body Experience/ Astral Travel

Have you ever had an out of Body Experience or Astral Traveled that you know of? I came home from work and was very tired. I layed down on the couch to rest but started falling asleep. I hardly ever take a naps. I remember looking down at the yellow lines on a road. It was dusk out. You could see the outline of the trees by the road very well. I remember flying faster and faster the further I went very quickly. Later on as I traveled down that road in my car I immediately knew where I had been flying. All of a sudden I remember getting nauseated the faster I went the worse it got. The nausea actually woke me up. Then I realized I wasnt dreaming this actually happened. Something I will never forget. People psychics say that our souls take a break from our bodies often and astral travel. We dont even realize unless you wake up while you are doing it. I can also remember my father telling me he woke up one time looking down at his body sleeping. Hope some of you will share your experiences.
