Chicken feet house 2

This is a cute little house in a small town. I havent been able to get the history on this place yet. A tenant and a friend of theirs just told me about the chicken feet tied around the house. That the spirits here are very active. I cant help but wonder if the owners had issues and didnt want to live here anymore and thats why its a rental. Then I wonder if anyone stays here for long. Doesnt seem to be mean or evil as of yet.
